About

A speed-roguelike where the dungeon is generated from a player-typed seed. Type a phrase before the run — "a cathedral made of teeth", "a kitchen at the bottom of the sea" — and the level builds from it.

Runs are short (5-7 minutes). Each enemy and trap is a prompt-derived twist on a small library of base behaviors.

Level builder (Claude Sonnet, one call per run):

Given the seed prompt "{seed}", output a 10x10 tile grid.
Tile types: F (floor), W (wall), T (trap), E (enemy), X (exit).
Constraints: 1+ exits, at most 6 enemies, fully traversable.
Return JSON: { "grid": string[][], "theme_notes": string }.

Voice barks (ElevenLabs):

Generate 8 one-line enemy taunts in voice "Adam",
matching the run's theme "{theme_notes}".

Hardest part

Generating levels that are interesting AND beatable from completely arbitrary player prompts.
