Privacy

A short, honest read. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Submission form responses. When you submit a game or a recommendation, you do so through Google Forms. The form asks for a contact email plus the game details. We receive those responses; Google also holds them under their own privacy policy.
  • Server logs. Our servers record routine request information — IP address, user-agent string, requested path, timestamp — for ops and abuse prevention. Logs are kept for 30 days and then rotated out.

What we don't collect

  • No accounts. There is no sign-up. No profile. Nothing tied to you across sessions on the main site.
  • No tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Page views are not followed across the web. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or similar.
  • No targeted advertising. We don't serve ads.

Cookies

The main loom.game site doesn't set any cookies of its own. Games embedded via play.loom.game are sandboxed third-party content; if a specific game sets cookies, those are scoped to that game's sandboxed origin and never reach the main site.

Third parties

  • Google Forms for submissions.
  • Object storage (currently Tencent Cloud COS) holds game files and cover images.
  • Unsplash serves some placeholder cover images during early seed data; those requests go directly from your browser to Unsplash.

Your rights

If you submitted something and want it removed, or want a copy of what we hold on you, email hello@loom.game and we'll act within seven working days.

Updates

We'll note any meaningful change here with a new date at the top. Last updated: May 13, 2026.
